Smooth Delivery 

To ensure a smooth delivery, we request orders be placed at least one day prior to the desired delivery date. Deliveries are scheduled from 7 AM to 7 PM, with a goal to deliver advance orders in the morning. Specific time slots cannot be guaranteed due to varying factors like location and delivery efficiency, but we strive to meet all requests.

Same Day Delivery

While we cannot guarantee same-day delivery, we will endeavor to fulfill such requests promptly. If same-day delivery is not feasible, we will contact you to arrange delivery for either late afternoon (after 6 PM) or the following morning.

Cost

Our delivery service is available at a flat rate of $15 to designated suburbs. For delivery to suburbs outside this area, please contact us for arrangements.

Delay

In the unlikely event of a delay, we will promptly inform you of the situation. While we take pride in our delivery reliability, please understand unexpected issues such as vehicle breakdowns can occur.

Delivery to Recptionists.

Once an order is delivered to a concierge or receptionist at the specified address, Patricia's Flowers is not responsible for ensuring the gift reaches its intended recipient.

Hospital Deliveries

If a patient is discharged before the delivery, we will contact you for alternative arrangements. Redelivery fees may apply depending on the new location. Please include the patient's discharge time in your order when relevant.

Undeliverable Items 

An item is deemed undeliverable if the address is incomplete, unlocatable, or lacks a safe drop-off spot. In such cases, our delivery personnel will attempt to contact you for an immediate solution. If unresolved, the item will be returned, and the customer will bear any redelivery costs.

Units/Apartments/Gated Areas

Delivering to gated locations requires accurate recipient availability or a designated safe spot. If access is impossible or no safe location is available, the item will be returned and redelivery will be necessary.

Left at Door or with someone. 

A gentle reminder that, once an item is delivered and left at the recipient's door or with a receptionist, Patricia's Flowers is not liable for any subsequent loss or damage. A notification of safe drop-off will be provided, but not of direct pickup.

Pick Up - Free!

We offer a free collection for your online or call order at our private location in Lisarow. One of our friendly team memebers will contact you for ideal pick up times.
